破解│模拟人生2 英文版转换中文版

由于原本是中文版的模拟人生2，
在加了英文版expansion pack后就变成的英文版，
而之前的人物名字则全变成了乱码~（因为是中文名）

后来在网上看到这个只需要盖registry的方法，
个很简单而且蛮有效的~~
